For your security, we have implemented an email reset feature. To reset or change your password, log out of Federal Access. At the log in screen, click on the link that says "lost password" and then follow the prompts. You will need to enter the email address associated with your account. The system will then send a password reset link to your email to ensure that you are the only person that can reset your password.
Go to the Support Tab and select My Account. You can change or update your information here. The only thing you cannot change from here is your password. You must log out and use the lost password link to change your password.
Corporate = 1 user account
Advisor = Up to 2 user accounts
FastTrack = Up to 4 user accounts
Prime = 10 user accounts

If you are Advisor or above and want to add an account. Contact us at support@federal-access.com and we will setup those accounts for you. We just need the full name and email addresses for each account that you would like us to setup.

Yes, we do. Any member that refers a new member will receive a credit on their account. Credits are based on the membership level that your referral joins our program at. Once the company you referred becomes a member, let us know and we'll credit your membership. You must notify us within 7 days to receive credit.
A loaded question. Consultants charge for their expertise and while some will provide you with templates and other resources, most do not. Almost every single FA Member, at one point in time or another, has hired a paid consultant. Without fail - every single one achieved more value through FA and at a fraction of the cost. Federal Access provides more value within 5 minutes of registering than what you'll probably pay for a consultant over six months. It's the reason we designed this program.
Cancellation is immediate. If you accidentally cancel your account and still want access up to your billing date, please contact support@federal-access.com and we will extend your access.
