A common challenge for all business owners is finding, hiring, and maintaining quality employees. Most companies tend to go through “rounds” or bursts of hiring. This model relies heavily on job boards and short-term marketing strategies. The biggest drawback to this model is that you get a limited number of applicants over a short period of time AND you don’t get a chance to build a relationship with these people.
